Department Head's Message

I am pleased to welcome you to the Architecture and Interior Design program, which stems from a clear mission aimed at preparing competent and distinguished graduates, equipped with solid scientific knowledge and research capabilities, to meet the needs of society and the environment. To achieve this mission, we formulate integrated goals that include mastering the fundamentals of construction and environmental sciences, the ability to conduct engineering analysis and innovate architectural solutions, and multidisciplinary teamwork. We also give top priority to mastering modern digital tools, and honing professional communication skills in all their forms, in addition to preparing a comprehensive portfolio that documents their competencies. Ethical and legal commitment, environmental sustainability standards, and the protection of human health remain a fundamental pillar in graduation projects, to ensure the graduation of qualified personnel capable of actively contributing to a sustainable urban renaissance, locally and globally.
